What happens after I submit?
Your request lands in our team mailbox (ai@friendly4.ai) tagged [methodology-change]. We review submissions weekly. We do not send an automated confirmation email in v1 — the "Thank you" message you see above this FAQ is your confirmation that the form was received. If your request is actionable (it includes reproducible evidence and identifies a specific false positive or false negative), we add it to the next methodology version’s changelog and link back to your evidence URL. We do not publish a public tracker of accepted vs rejected requests in v1.
Why no email confirmation?
The methodology change-request form is intentionally light-touch in v1. Adding a confirmation email would require us to capture and store your email address — which means a privacy notice, a data-retention policy, and a consent flow. We prefer to ship without those for now. If we receive enough requests to justify a tracker, v2 will add an opt-in “send me updates on this request” checkbox with an explicit privacy notice.
What if I want to send sensitive evidence?
Don’t submit it through this form. Email ai@friendly4.ai directly with subject [methodology-change] and we’ll handle it from there. The form is for public-domain evidence URLs only.
