Yes. The Free plan includes 5 scans per month with full HTML reports. Paid plans (Pro and Teams) increase scan limits, add PDF/CSV/JSON exports, scheduled scans, longer scan history, and priority processing. See the Pricing page for details.

If a report is successfully generated and has a score, the site may appear on public surfaces by default. If you are the site owner and want your site removed, contact us and we will handle the request manually.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Teams subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds, but no surprise charges either.

You'll see a notification that you've reached your plan's scan limit. You can wait for your next billing period to reset, or upgrade to a higher plan for more scans immediately.

We don't offer a time-limited trial, but the Free plan gives you 5 full scans per month with complete reports — the same depth as paid plans. Upgrade to Pro when you need more scans, exports, or scheduled scanning.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
